In 1922, Umberto Boschi beside a small group of friends and trusted collaborators and assisted by his wife, Mrs. Rosa, founded the company Cav. Umberto Boschi. Thanks to the quality of our products in the 1950s our vans began to distribute the brand throughout Italy. In the 1980s Cav. Umberto Boschi’s offerings were enriched with the other excellences of Parma. The same quality of our Salame Felino is also reserved for hams, “pancette”, “coppe” and “culatelli”. In 2016 we presented the new line of sliced meats in trays. We use the same products for the production of the trays that we allocate to the cutting, to give you the best, every time. Today, in our Felino and Lesignano plants, technological innovation and respect for traditions belongs together, to always provide you the highest quality with every slice. There are those who carefully choose the raw material and those who process it, those who manage the clientele, those who research and develop new products to launch on the market, those who do scrupulous analyses on the salami and those who, envied, dedicate themselves to “tasting” new batches of salami.
